Our Process

1. Peace of Mind Planning Session

During our first virtual meeting, I will answer your questions and listen as you share your goals, concerns and objectives. I will map out all your options including a Will versus a Trust, so you can make educated, informed decisions about what is best for you in your family. I will thoroughly review our process and unique flat fee pricing so you know exactly how much your investment will be, and how long the process will take.

2. Estate Plan Design Meeting

Your second meeting with us is your Estate Plan Design Meeting. We'll roll up our sleeves and design your Will or Revocable Living Trust and other estate planning documents. Nothing you decide in this meeting is set in stone; you'll have lots of chances to make changes throughout the process. This meeting will happen in person or virtually- it’s up to you!

3. Signing Ceremony

When you finally come in to sign your documents, we call it a "Signing Ceremony," because this is a big deal! At this event, your documents will be signed, notarized and witnessed, making everything official. A few days after the ceremony, you will receive your Legacy Portfolio, containing all of your executed estate planning documents in an organized binder. With your plan in in place, your loved ones and assets are now protected. Congratulations!
